Апартаменты только для некурящих! По прибытии необходимо внести залог в размере 100 USD на случай непредвиденных ситуаций. Залог будет полностью возвращен при регистрации отъезда после проверки состояния апартаментов. Заселение с 14:00 до 24:00. Раннее заселение и позднее выселение оговаривается отдельно. Обратите внимание, что полная стоимость проживания оплачивается при регистрации заезда. Если апартаменты бронируются для 2 человек, гости размещаются на двуспальной кровати. Раскладной диван считается дополнительным спальным местом и оплачивается отдельно при поселении в апартаменты в размере 100 UAH в сутки. При выдаче отчётных документов необходимо заплатить 5% налога + туристический сбор за каждые сутки за 1 человека (21 UAH для украинских граждан или 35 UAH для иностранных граждан). Свечи запрещены. При заезде необходимо предъявить паспорта проживающих. Размещение 3 взрослых невозможно. Возможно проживание только 1-2 взрослых + 1 или 2 ребенка. Во время вашего проживания все уборки - платные: - 1 уборка стоит 270 UAH (10 USD), - уборка со сменой белья (1 комплект) - 400 UAH (15 USD). - смена 1 комплекта белья - 200 UAH (8 USD). Дополнительное отопление электробатареей стоит 50 UAH в сутки (2 USD в сутки, предоставляем по необходимости).
