Время заселения и выселения надо обязательно уточнять при бронировании. При позднем заселении и раннем выезде цена не меняется. Не заселяю пьяных людей, бронь аннулируется с удержанием цены текущих суток. Количество проживающих в квартире не должно быть больше оговоренного, в противном случае следует выселение без возмещения оплаты. Оплата за сокращенные 2-3 дня не возвращаются, если речь идёт о смене планов арендатора. Если в день заезда гости отказываются от квартиры, то взимается штраф в размере стоимости суток проживания.
