Месторасположение -в самом центре,
Убивает квартиру отсутствие кондиционера, несмотря на заявку о его наличии, крохотный размер, шумные соседи: квартира эта одна третья часть от квартиры, превращенной в 3! квартиры, грязь в квартире, даже после уборки.
