Под мероприятия квартира категорически не сдается. Запрещено пребывание в квартире количества людей, превышающих указанное количества жильцов. Курение в квартирах категорически запрещено. Взимается страховой депозит в размере стоимости суток проживания. При сокращении дат, средства возвращаются, если гости предупредили об этом за день до выезда. В остальных случаях средства не возвращаются. Celebrating of any events are not allowed. The number of persons in apartment can't more than number of sleeping places. Smoking is not allowed. A security deposit in the amount of 1 night stay is charged. If the dates are shortened, the funds are refunded if the guests have warned about this the day before check-out. In other cases, the funds will not be refunded. Під заходи квартира категорично не здається. Заборонено перебування в квартирі кількості людей, що перевищує вказану кількість мешканців.
