Владелец оставляет за собой право взять с гостей залог за сохранность имущества. В квартире строго не курят. Квартира не предназначена для проведения мероприятий и вечеринок. Заезд с 14:00, выезд до 12:00. Ранний заезд с 7:00 до 14:00 и поздний выезд до 18:00 оплачиваются в размере стоимости половины суток. Заезд до 7:00 либо выезд после 18:00 - необходимо оплатить дополнительные сутки. Ключ можно забрать в офисе, либо же возможна встреча непосредственно в квартире по предварительной договорённости. На период новогодних праздников взимается залог в размере 200 USD, залог возвращается при выезде, если квартире не нанесен ущерб. Власник залишає за собою право взяти з гостей заставу за збереження майна. У квартирі суворо заборонено палити. Квартира не призначена для проведення заходів і вечірок. Заїзд з 14:00, виїзд до 12:00. Ранній заїзд з 7:00 до 14:00 та пізній виїзд до 18:00 оплачуються в розмірі вартості половини доби. Заїзд до 7:00 або виїзд після 18:00 - необхідно оплатити додаткову добу. Ключ можна забрати в офісі, або ж можлива зустріч безпосередньо в квартирі за попередньою домовленістю. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the apartment. The apartment is not suitable for events and parties. Check-in is from 14:00, check-out is till 12:00.
