Расположение в центре Харькова
Во-первых, ужасно холодно. В квартире большая батарея, большая часть которой была холодной, то есть работала лишь маленькая секция батареи. Просьбу принести обогреватель, либо как то решить проблему с холодом, персонал проигнорировал. Во вторых, ужасная вонь с туалета. И это не первый отзыв об этой проблеме. Пожалуйста , вызовите сантехника поскорее. Третье что было неприятно, это запах одеяла, ужасная вонь, было неприятно спать совсем. Совсем не понимаю как можно сдавать квартиру с такими условиями.

Худшей квартиры я ещё не встречала! Начнём с того что жуткая вонь сыростью, в ванной комнате плесень! В холодильнике сломана дверца (точнее ее вообще нет) от морозильной камеры и все продукты у нас замёрзли! Нужно было пройти квест, как зажечь газовую плиту без спичек и зажигалки! Одеяла очень грязные! Одним словом позор хозяевам этой квартиры! Не рекомендую!
