Аккуратность и пунктуальность владельца /представителя, условия жилья, месторасположение, объекты на территории и охраняемая парковка.
В определенные часы очереди на въезд на территорию и еще лифт в день выезда остановился из за перенапряжения в электричестве. Но это к жилью напрямую не относится.
