The following facilities are available in the complex (to be agreed in advance) - A public terrace with Jacuzzi for all the residents of the building on the 27th floor. - Gym - Home Theater - Underground/overground parking In the closed area of the courtyard: - Playground, tennis table, football/basketball/volleyball court It is also worth mentioning that the entire residential complex is under video surveillance and smoking any tobacco products or drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited - a fine in the amount of the deposit left.
