Все хорошо, фото відповідають дійсності.
9.20Все було добре. Велика квартира, дуже зручний матрац.
Є запах сигарет в квартирі. Вікна треба чи відрегулювати, чи замінити. Сифонить добряче.

Було дуже холодно, вікна продувають, двері на балконі не зачиняются. Захворіли у цій квартирі. Тож взимку не раджу.
