10.00It is a lively area with lots of restaurants and a big supermarket. Flat have almost everything you need for comfortable stay.
If you want to pay rent balance on arrival according to rules you need to go to a office in centre 2km away. To avoid this i paid the full amount in advance before arrival. But upon arrival there is stil no representative at the flat. You get instruction with whatsapp to get keys from a nice old congierge lady in another building. It was just couple of meters away and daytime so no big problem. In flat the bedside window green curtain like on photo was missing. So be ready to wake up with full sunlight in your face. I complain about this on Whatsapp but get no response. The building door have a magnetic key lock but there is no intercom inside flat to open door so this make food delivery uncomfortable. I asked if there was a doorcode but get no response.
