Sheets and towels are washed at high temperature and steamed. One-bedroom apartment is located on 12 floor of 34-story skyscraper. From the windows there are beautiful views of the city and lake. The apartment has modern renovation, designed in Princess style. In the apartment there are two rooms with new double beds with comfortable mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a walk-in closet. Great for romantic couples, married couples, families with children, for anyone who appreciates comfort. The apartment is non-smoking. A smoking area is on common balcony on the floor, in three steps from the apartment. The apartment has a high level of comfort, home atmosphere, it is clean, very warm and cozy. All necessary crockery are provided: plates, cutlery, pots, frying pan, a corkscrew and others. Bed linen, towel sets (2 pieces: bath and personal) for each guest, always fresh towel in the bath for feet, packed slippers, toilet paper, soap, napkins, kitchen towels, accessories for shoes are available. There is a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, washing machine, air conditioner, boiler in case of lack of hot water, hair dryer, 2 plasma TVs, Internet Wi-Fi. For comfortable relaxation there are blinds on windows. Bed linen and towels are always clean. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are made 5 times in 1-7 days at a convenient for you time. The house is located in the exclusive location of the new residential complex on Pozniaky in 2 minutes from the underground station with the same name. Boryspil International Airport - 15 minutes by taxi without traffic jams. The house is protected, there are 4 elevators, there are paid and free parking.
