Передача ключей осуществляется непосредственно в квартире. Наличие удостоверения личности у гостя обязательно. Стоимость указана для семейной пары или одного человека. Использование дополнительного спального места (дивана) стоит +200UAH в сутки. Для свадебных мероприятий - стоимость дня мероприятия удваивается. Курить в квартире категорически запрещено. Место для курения есть на общем балконе этажа в трех шагах от квартиры. Реєстрація заїзду - з 14:00, реєстрація виїзду - до 12:00. Заїзд та виїзд можливі також в будь-який час за домовленістю.
