The cabinets in the bathroom are dilapidated. The apartment has roaches. The entire apartment needs a good cleaning; it has not had one for a while. I did not see a thermostat anywhere, so the room temperature cannot be controlled. The common area where you enter the apartment was not lit and the keyhole could not be seen at night.

Didn't like coldness, it was really dirty there as well and the cockroaches were the worst furniture I ever want to see in an apartment
