The apartment has two bathrooms and a large balcony with a beautiful view of the city center. A large, beautiful kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: a stove, a microwave, a fridge, an electric kettle, a toaster and a comfortable dining table. There are a comfortable folding sofa, chest of drawers and two spacious wardrobes for clothes, exit to the balcony in the living room. Also at your service: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi access, LED-TV, brand bed linen and towels, a large water heater (boiler) in case of hot water shutdown, washing machine. The apartment has a very good location: it is located between two squares - Nezalezhnosti and Mykhailivska. This is the most central part of the city, therefore, there are all the major sights of Kyiv, as well as many entertainment places: cafes, pubs, bars, restaurants, shops, boutiques. There are Andriivskyi descent, Khreshchatyk, funicular, Sofiivskyi cathedral, Mykhailivskyi cathedral, Peizazhna alley nearby.

При заселении на 1-2 суток с гостя взимается страховой депозит в размере 2000 UAH, который возвращается при выселении гостя, если квартире не был нанесен ущерб. Возможна встреча в аэропорту или на вокзале водителем-администратором, который на автомобиле за дополнительную плату доставит в квартиру и поселит гостя. Ключи передаются в квартире. Бесплатная уборка в квартире и смена постельного белья осуществляется через 6-7 дней проживания. Заселение происходит только при наличии паспорта. Мы не селим гостей младше 25 лет. Возможны исключения при внесении залога при поселении. Квартира не сдается под вечеринки. Early check-in (from 8:00) and late check-out (till 22:00) are charged as a half of the daily rent cost. Check-in carries by administrator, who is waiting for a guest in the apartment at the agreed in advance time. A security deposit of 2000 UAH is charged when booking for 1-2 days. The deposit is returned upon check-out if there is no damage in the apartment. We can meet you at the airport or train station, the driver manager on car will deliver the guest to the apartment and settle down for an additional fee. Keys are transferred in the apartment. Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 6-7 days stay. Check-in is possible only if you have a passport. We do not accommodate customers under 25 years.
