Поддерживайте чистоту и сдайте квартиру в таком же виде, в каком она была. При заезде в квартиру взимается залог, и возвращается в день выезда при условии соблюдения правил. Ранний заезд и выезд по согласованию. За сокращение срока проживания владелец берет компенсацию. Размер компенсации оговаривается с владельцем индивидуально.
