The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 9-storey brick house, there is an elevator, the windows face a quiet courtyard, the entrance is under protection. The apartment is renovated, new furniture is installed, there is a large double bed (only 4 beds). The guests can use the washing machine, TV (100 cable channels), unlimited Internet Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, air conditioning, heater, hairdryer, iron, all necessary utensils, always clean bed linen and bath accessories. Guarded parking is located in the courtyard. 10.00Зручне розташування, просторна ванна, сковорідка яка не пригорає.
Попали на сильні морози, було дуже холодно в квартирі, дві батареї які отоплють біля вікон і сховані, тепла дають мало, у ванній бойлер, хватить щоб помитися двом людям в душі, для прийняття ванни вже не хватає, після нагрівається біля 2-3 год. Коврики всюди відсутні лиш у ванні маленький, чистота квартири одна з найгірших що я бачив на квартирах але не дуже критично. Не дуже великий вибір посуди, ніж би я брав свій) Ну і освітлення яке представлене у квартирі повністю не працює. Загалом миритися можна і інтерєр досить не поганий, але квартира трішки запущенна і через холод було не комфортно жити.
