Вартість оренди будинку 1500 грн, при умові використання сауни додатково + 500 грн. Додатково, за бажанням, може бути оговорена послуга масажу та інші косметологічні послуги. Вихідні/Святкові дні оговорюються окремо. Додатковий сервіс – оренда зони барбекю – 1000 грн, З настанням холодів, зона барбекю утеплена, з усіх сторін закрита м'якими вікнами від вітру, дощу, снігу, і т.д., що надає змогу комфортно відпочивати навіть за несприятливих погодних умов. За домовленістю та за додаткову плату може бути надано вугілля, рідина для розпалювання, шампура та інше.
