Ми не селимо клієнтів віком до 25 років. Можливі винятки у разі внесення застави при поселенні. Квартира не здається під вечірки. Квартира не здається під офіс чи комерційне використання. При заселенні на 1-2 доби з гостя стягується страховий депозит сумою в 2000 UAH, який повертається при виселенні гостя, якщо квартирі не було завдано шкоди. Безкоштовне прибирання у квартирі та зміна постільного здійснюється через 4-6 днів проживання. An identity document is required upon check-in. Early check-in (6:00) and late check-out (till 22:00) are charged as half price per 1 night. We do not accommodate customers under 25 years’ age. Exceptions are possible if you pay safety deposit at check-in. Celebration and parties are not allowed. The apartment is not rented for office or commercial use. Kindly be informed that since your reservation for 1night or 2 nights only we require a safe deposit of 2000 UAH upon arrival and we will return it upon departure if no damage in the apartment. Free cleaning of the apartment and change of bed are possible after 4-6 days stay. Заселение происходит только при предъявлении паспорта (возможно онлайн). Ранний заезд (с 6:00) и поздний выезд (до 22:00) оплачиваются как половина суточной стоимости. Бесплатная уборка в квартире и смена постельного осуществляется через 4-6 дней проживания. Мы не селим клиентов младше 25-ти лет. Возможны исключения при внесении залога при поселении. Квартира не сдаётся под вечеринки, офис или коммерческое использование. При заселении на 1-2 суток с гостя взимается страховой депозит суммой в 2000 UAH, который возвращается при выселении гостя, если квартире не был нанесен ущерб. Бесплатная уборка в квартире и смена постельного белья осуществляется через 4-6 дней проживания.
