We offer for rent a cozy cottage Osokor Lake House on the shore of the quiet bay of Lake Martyshev. Immerse yourself in a quiet corner 5 km from the metro station Slavutych: a modern, spacious, beautiful house of 450 m2 on a plot of 12 acres + parking for 6 cars. Functional layout of the plot, landscaping with recreational areas - everything is thought out to the smallest detail! First floor: Entrance hall, huge kitchen-studio with underfloor heating, fireplace, guest bathroom with shower, exit through the covered veranda to the courtyard. There is also a sauna with massage table (extra charge). Second floor: 5 bedrooms and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi. Third floor: a spacious play area with the possibility of watching movies and videos on a projector. The house has been renovated to the highest standards and all amenities are included: bed linen, towels, dishes, toiletries, high speed internet, satellite TV, fishing rods, trampoline, firewood. For your safety, video surveillance is installed around the perimeter of the site. There is a possibility of catering, transfer, rental of surfboards and kayaks by prior arrangement. On the premises there is a barbecue pavilion for 12 people with all the necessary equipment (coffee machine, stove, microwave oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, bathroom with shower). The house is designed for the comfortable arrival of 10 guests.
