In 15 minutes from the house is located shopping mall Gulliver, NSC Olimpiyskiy. The apartment is designed for 2 beds. Hot water supply is centralized (24 hours a day). In case of disconnection of the centralized water supply, the apartment has an autonomous water heater. There is a washing machine in the entrance hall.

За сокращение периода проживания взимается штраф в размере стоимости 1 суток проживания. Иногда поселение гостей происходит через офис, который расположен по адресу: улица Прорезная 10. Стоимость трансфера из аэропорта Жуляны - 350 UAH, из аэропорта Борисполь - 650 UAH. Оплата страхового залога производится через платежную систему WayForPay.
