В апартаментах запрещено шуметь с 21:00 до 8:00, громко включать музыку/телевизор, проводить какие-либо работы сопряженные со стуком или другими механическими звуками. За сокращение периода проживания взимается штраф в размере стоимости 1 суток проживания. Стиральная машина находится в тамбуре. Иногда поселение гостей происходит через офис, который расположен по адресу: улица Прорезная 10. Стоимость трансфера из аэропорта Жуляны - 350 UAH, из аэропорта Борисполь - 550 UAH.
