Можливий ранній заїзд або пізній виїзд за попередньою домовленістю, якщо немає бронювання наступного гостя. Квартира не здається для проведення святкових заходів та гулянь. Вік гостей від 23 років. У квартирі не можна курити лише на відкритому балконі (при порушенні – штраф). Під час заселення гості повинні мати паспорт, підписується договір. Беремо депозит у розмірі однієї доби перебування, який повертаємо, коли гість їде, за умови дотримання правил та відсутності пошкодження майна! Додаткова інформація. Якщо гість в односторонньому порядку приймає рішення скоротити період перебування без попереднього попередження про це під час заселення, то йому повертається 50% вартості доби, яку він не прожив, а решта 50% стягується як штраф. Якщо заселення було більш ніж на 10 днів і гість отримав знижку на проживання, але одноосібно приймає рішення про скорочення перебування, то ця знижка анулюється, а за ту кількість діб, яку гість прожив, буде пораховано проживання за стандартною ціною на добу. Прохання про будь-які зміни в період перебування (про бажання продовжити перебування або скоротити його з поважної причини) повідомляти заздалегідь, але не пізніше ніж за добу до від'їзду. Ціна може змінюватися в залежності від кількості осіб та днів проживання, днів тижня та святкових днів. Прибирання проводиться з 11:00 до 14:00 перед кожним заселенням. У разі потреби раннього заселення (до 14:00) або пізнього (після 21:00), зв'яжіться з нами заздалегідь, повідомте про нестандартний час заселення та домовтеся про передачу ключів.
