Если у Вас планируется заезд в нерабочие часы офиса с 00:00 до 08:00, необходимо заранее договориться о получении ключей, чтобы сотрудник Partner Guest House смог встретить Вас у парадного (вход в дом) в назначенное Вами время. Гражданам Украины, которые бронируют жилье на 1 или 2 суток, необходимо предоставить 2 документа, удостоверяющие личность для прохождения регистрации и получения ключей (или 1 документ и именную банковскую карту). При размещении на 3 и более дней - достаточно одного документа, подтверждающего личность (паспорт или водительское удостоверение). Для оформления раннего заезда (с 08:00) или позднего выезда (до 18:00) уточните возможность предоставления данной услуги заранее. Раннее заселение и поздний выезд - это дополнительная услуга, которая оплачивается дополнительно в размере стоимости половины стоимости суток проживания и может подтверждаться за 24 часа до дня заселения. Проживание с животными - запрещено. Курить разрешено только на открытом балконе (при наличии такого). За сокращение периода проживания (за 7 и менее дней до планируемой даты заезда) взимается штраф в размере: - стоимости 1 суток проживания, если бронирование от 1 до 7 ночей; - 10% от стоимости всего проживания, если бронирование от 7 и более ночей.
