It can accommodate another 3 person (2 +1) with additional payment - 100 UAH per night. There are all things for the welfare, hygiene, water filter, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. All the rooms have air conditioning, electric boiler, as well as central heating (hot water round the clock), high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, LED TV, telephone. There are intercom and parking.

House rules:

Ранний и поздний выезд/заезд надо согласовывать заранее. Ключи получаете в квартире при заселении. Уборка и смена белья раз в неделю входит в цену. Проживание с домашними животными (добрыми и воспитанными при ответственных владельцах) возможно и оговаривается дополнительно. Курить можно только на балконе. Оплата за сокращенные 2-3 дня не возвращаются, если речь идёт о смене планов арендатора. Если в день заезда гости отказываются от квартиры, то взимается штраф в размере стоимости суток проживания.
