При заселении в квартиру берётся залог в размере стоимости 1 суток проживания. Залог возвращается при выезде, при условии, что квартире не нанесен ущерб. Туристический сбор не входит в стоимость квартиры и оплачивается дополнительно в размере от 0.5% до 5% от МЗП. При сокращении срока проживания средства не возвращаются. Возврат возможен, только если квартира будет сдана другим гостям на даты, которые были сокращены. There is a deposit in the amount of cost of 1 night stay. The deposit is refunded in time of check-out, if there are no damages. If the period of stay is shortened, the funds will not be refunded. Refunds are possible only if the apartment is rented out to other guests on dates that have been reduced. При заселенні в квартиру береться застава у розмірі вартості доби проживання. Застава повертається при виїзді, за умови, що квартирі не завдано збитків. У разі скорочення терміну проживання кошти не повертаються. Повернення можливе, лише якщо квартира буде здана іншим гостям на дати, що були скорочені.
