The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower area, a bar table with chairs and a spacious closet. One apartment has a balcony overlooking Saksahanskoho street. The loft is located at the intersection of Lva Tolstoho and Saksahanskoho streets in the city center. The great location of the loft will allow you to easily reach the many attractions of the city. Within walking distance are the city's main street - Khreshchatyk (20 minutes walk), Bessarabskyi market (20 minutes), Gulliver shopping center (20 minutes), Central railway station (10 minutes) and Circus (10 minutes).
