В квартире запрещено курить! Запрещено шуметь после 23:00 и до 8:00, проведение мероприятий, вечеринок. В случае поступления жалоб от соседей, администрация оставляет за собой право выселить гостей без возврата денежных средств за остаток не прожитых дней! Стоимость уборки во время проживания оплачивается дополнительно 20 USD. Стоимость квартиры может меняться на выходные и праздничные дни. При заселении в квартиру берётся залог в размере стоимости 1 суток проживания. Залог возвращается при выезде, при условии, что квартире не нанесен ущерб. При сокращении срока проживания средства не возвращаются. Возврат возможен, только если квартира будет сдана другим гостям на даты, которые были сокращены.
