Nearby there is Prymorskyi boulevard with the main symbols of the city - a monument to the Duke de Richelieu and the Potyomkin stairs. Accommodation: Dedicated communal apartment with all amenities, is located in the heart of the city - in a building that is a monument of architecture and town planning - Mavrocordato apartmenth house (year of construction: 1880). In the front entrance of the house a wide marble staircase, carved doors with columns, richly decorated walls, cast iron rails of stairs with individual pattern are preserved up to this day. There are funny angels on the landings above each door (they are all different). In the courtyard of the house you can see an old, traditional for those times well with a preserved drum for the chain. Available to guests: The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people.
