Высшая оценка, всего больше чем ожидаешь, ни говоря об двух стиралок, утюга, фена, ел. чайника и т. п. Очень приятно порадовали: много салфеток, сахар, соль и кофемашина. Есть чувство, что владельцы стараются для твоего уюта, приятно) так держать! Потрясающий вид из окна, поскольку окна на восток, можно встречать очень красивые рассветы
Есть 2 минусы, но они не касаются арендодателя, а самого ЖК. Это просто чтоб быть готовым) 1. Периодически, ненадолго пропадает вода 2. Час пик в лифтах. Доходит до очередей но, это никак особо не влияет на общие положительное ощущение
