Перед отъездом гость приводит квартиру в порядок (убирает за собой). При уходе с квартиры необходимо закрыть окна, выключить воду, свет, плиту, утюг. Не шуметь и не мешать другим жильцам (соседям). За нарушение правил проживания с гостя вычитается штраф в размере эквивалентном нанесённому ущербу.
