Description:

Isolated room with an area of 18 m2 in a two bedroom room apartment is fully furnished and designed for a maximum of three guests (there are a comfortable double sofa and an extra folding bed for the third guest). TVs are both in the room and in the kitchen. Hot water is available around the clock. Guests are provided with kitchen utensils, crockery, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave oven, oven, as well as Internet access (Wi-Fi) and cable TV. Owner-administrator lives in another room of the apartment. The house is very convenient: Silpo supermarket is opposite, shopping centers are nearby. The sea is not far away - it is in a 7-minute drive by shuttle bus N185 which runs next to the house and 10-13 stations of Bolshoi Fountain, where magnificent beaches are located. Excellent transport links will allow to reach any part of the city, all its sights and railway station in 10-15 minutes. Public transport stops are within walking distance. Behind the house there is a green square, across the street there is a polyclinic, pharmacies, a mini market, many cafes, bars and restaurants. Zolotyi Dyuk cinema, entertainment venues, two large markets (Kyivskyi and Pivdennyi) are also nearby (2 stops), the are has all the necessary infrastructure. Заезд после 13:00, выезд до 11:00. Возможно поселение детей не младше 6 лет. Раннее поселение (до 9:00) и поздний выезд оплачиваются дополнительно, выезд раньше срока без предупреждения (не менее, чем за 3 суток) влечёт за собой штраф в размере стоимости суточного проживания.
