The location was great. Extremely close to Arcadia clubs, so close that we could hear the discos playing. Santim supermarket is in 200 meters. That seems to be all benefits of the place.
Not sure that location corresponds to its value. We took it as a "last chance" option, otherwise, I'd rather skip it. The room has furniture from the '80s. The shower is leaking and falling out.
