Never , never rent it , it is worst place i have stay overnight in my entire life! This apartment is basically a garage converted to apartment for the price i have paid 1700 gr a night it is a bad joke. I wanted to cancell second day but owner have stolen my money, i have waited 4 hrs ! for the manager to hand over a key and get back my deposit, money for second day are lost. Manager has set a wet linen drying (from all other apartment they have) in this already small apartment at the time i arrived because she has no other place to do it. It was freezing cold because it is ground level with road around building. It whole wall size of window so every pedestrian can see whole inside of the apartment and every car going around and into garage can see and hear you and you can see and hear them. Apartment has security cameras inside looking at your bed and outside looking on entrance. Manager advised me to close security steel gate to be in privacy than you fill like in a basement. mattress just lay on a floor, bathroom has 1 socket for heater and towel dryer so you will have to choose ... near entrance is dry linen store for whole apartment the owner has in the building. Air con noisy like a jet plane Никогда здесь не останавливайтесь! это худшее место в жизни где я переночевал. Это фактически гараж переделанный в квартиру После того как я заселился я сразу пожаловался владельцу но владелец денег не вернул он их просто украл. На следующее ктро я прождал менеджера 4 часа ! что бы отдать ключи и получить назад свой залог! Как только я защел то обнаружил множество сушащегося бклья менджер обьяснила что это со всех их квартир в этом доме и больше нести ей это некуда а слаживать мокрое нельзя гнить начнет, возле входа это склад белья для всех их квартир в этом доме. Ужасно холодно уровень пола это уровень земли и дороги вокруг
