Расположение удобное, хорошая транспортная развязка: до пляжа Ланжерон рядом ходят трамваи, ехать пару остановок, до Аркадии мин 10-15 езды на маршрутке, до центра тоже, можно и пройтись, маршрутки до аквапарка.
Это перестроенная квартира, разделена гипсокартонными перегородками на маленькие комнатушки с душем и туалетом. Все бы ничего, но! в квартире сломано практически все: кровать, рипит страшно, ночью переворачиваешься и просыпаешься, кран в душе сломан, тоненькая струйка воды, с раковины в комнате воняет канализацией, пришлось ее подручными средствами закрывать, ручка окна выломана, приходилось тоже колдовать чтоб открыть его. Грязные вонючие тряпки возле раковины, мусорные пакеты нужно самому бегать покупать. Даже новый кусочек мыла не удосужились оставить. Так что нужно брать с собой все. У этих ребят (Татьяна и Сергей) пару таких квартир: на Пантелеймоновской 112 и 88
