We offer you an apartment for a pleasant and comfortable holiday on the sea beaches or in the city. The apartment is clean and cozy, after the renovation, it is in a new house. There are 6 sleeping places (2+2+1+1): a double sofa, a king-size bed and two single folding armchairs. The apartment has everything you need for a nice rest: an air conditioner, a boiler, dishes, a wardrobe, 4 chairs, a table, a plasma TV with digital TV, Internet access (Wi-Fi), bed linen, a kettle. There are all kinds of supermarkets, shopping centers, markets, bars, restaurants, as well as a convenient transport interchange near the house. Malibu and Luzanivka VIP-beaches are within 5-7 minutes. If you come by car, you can use a secure parking in 50 meters from the house.
