Мы заботимся о наших квартирах и не сдаем их для проведения мероприятий и дней рождения! Курение в квартире запрещено! Если гость меняет количество дней по предоплаченному заранее проживанию, владелец оставляет за собой право корректировать цену по своему усмотрению, т.е. если бронь была на больший срок и гость внезапно ее сокращает, то цена будет выше, для компенсации возможных простоев и финансовых потерь владельцем. Если гость решил выехать раньше по оплаченному ранее бронированию, он должен предупредить не менее чем за 1 день о своих планах и выезде. В этом случае владелец имеет право возвратить 50% от суммы непрожитых дней. Особенно это касается летнего периода, но все может решаться в индивидуальном порядке. Буду благодарна за понимание!
