Isolated room of 18 m2 in a three-room apartment is fully furnished and is designed for 2 guests. It is possible to provide a third sleeping place by prior arrangement. The apartment is equipped with a Wi-Fi zone and cable TV. TV is both in the room and in the kitchen. Hot water is available around the clock. Guests are provided with necessary dishes, cooking utensils, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, oven. The house has a very convenient location: there is Silpo supermarket opposite it, shopping centers nearby. The sea is not far away - it is in 5-7 minutes ride by shuttle bus N185, which passes next to the house and to 10-13 stations of Big Fountain (Velykyi Fontan), where magnificent beaches are located. Excellent transport links will allow to reach any part of the city, all its sights, railway station, city center in 10-15 minutes. Public transport stops are within walking distance. There is a green park and restaurants behind the house, there is a polyclinic, pharmacies, a mini market, many cafes, bars and restaurants across the street. Also Zolotyi Diuk cinema, entertainment venues, two large markets (Kyivskyi and Pivdennyi), all the necessary infrastructure is nearby (2 stops). Раннее поселение и поздний выезд - это дополнительная услуга, которая оплачивается в размере 1/2 стоимости суточного проживания и может быть подтверждена за 24 часа до дня заезда или выезда. За изменение периода проживания в сторону уменьшения взимается штраф в размере стоимости 1 суток проживания. Также по договоренности предоставляется дополнительная платная услуга - одноразовые тапочки и халаты. Заїзд - після 12:00, виїзд - до 11:00. Вартість кімнати вказана для 2 осіб.
