Сдача для проведения мероприятий возможна, но условия оговариваются отдельно, индивидуально, в зависимости от количества персон и программы мероприятия. За нарушение правил дома - штраф 500 USD (или в сумме причиненного ущерба, если залог его не покрывает). Ранний заезд и поздний выезд оплачиваются по договоренности. При заезде вносится депозит в размере стоимости одних суток, который возвращается при передаче квартиры и ключей. Оплата за всё время проживания производится при заезде, при досрочном выезде оплата не возвращается. Observe the silence and rules of the house. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Upon arrival, deposit is equal to the cost of one night, which is returned when you pass and keys.
