Apartment is located in the center, on Zankovetskoi street, on the third floor. To the railway station and bus station it is 10-15 minutes on foot. All sights (Uzhhorod castle, Old village museum, botanical gardens, linden alley) - 30-35 minutes on foot. In the apartment there are two separate rooms, a kitchen and a balcony. In one room there is a double bed and in the other there is leather sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. The price includes bed linens, towels, personal hygiene products. In the apartment there are a TV, fridge, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair-dryer, kitchen utensils. Cold and hot water round the clock. There is Wi-Fi.

Квартира сдается только для проживания (проведение праздников, дней рождения и корпоративных вечеринок - запрещено!). 1. При аренде квартиры гость обязан предъявить документ, удостоверяющий личность. 2. Количество проживающих не должно превышать того, которое было согласовано при бронировании квартиры. При обнаружении «зайцев» стоимость квартиры автоматически возрастает вдвое. 3. В случае порчи имущества квартиры (мебель, техника, посуда и т.д.) - оплата стоимости испорченного имущества. 4. В случае потери ключей - компенсация затрат на покупку и установку аналогичного нового замка. 5. Запрещается в ночное время (с 22.00. до 8.00.) громкое пение и выкрики, пользование звукоусиливающей аппаратурой, проведение салютов, фейерверков, использование пиротехнических средств. 6. Курение в помещении квартиры запрещено! 7. Соблюдайте чистоту. Просим Вас с пониманием отнестись к вышеуказанным правилам и соблюдать их. Заранее благодарны! Время заезда – 13.00-15.00, выезда - 9.00-11.00. Выезд в другое время возможен по предварительной договоренности. Сверхнормативное время пребывания оплачивается дополнительно. Выселение после 11.00 подлежит оплате по следующей тарификации: до 18.00 - 50% платы за сутки проживания; с 18.00-23.00 - 100% оплаты за сутки проживания. Продление времени проживания возможно только при наличии такой возможности. Apartment is rent only for living (events, birthdays and corporate parties are forbidden!). 1. Loud singing and shouts in the night time (from 22.00 to 8.00), using sound amplifying equipment, salutes, fireworks are not allowed! 6. Smoking in the apartment is forbidden! 7. Keep cleanliness. We ask you to understand and comply with the above rules. Thank you in advance! Check-in - 13.00-15.00, check-out - 9.00-11.00. Check-out at other times is available by appointment. Above-level stay will be charged additionally. Check-out after 11.00 is payable on the following billing: till 18.00 - fee of 50% night cost; from 18.00-23.00 - 100% payment for one day stay. Extension of time of stay is only possible if there is such oportunity.
