Справді затишна квартира із великими спальнею і кухнею, з усіма основними зручностями. Ми зупинилися взимку, і в квартирі було тепло, до того ж була можливість регулювати температуру в житлі. Будинок знаходиться у приємному кварталі, поруч - великий Новус, до якого - дослівно - три-чотири хвилини ходи. Також чимало інших закладів неподалік. Ми з дівчиною зупинилися в цьому житлі на два тижні і були повністю задоволені нашим вибором.
Єдина річ, яка не зовсім ідеальна, пов'язана не з самою квартирою, а розташуванням будинку - якщо є потреба потрапити на іншу сторону Вишневого транспортом, то є великий ризик "застрягнути" біля залізничного переїзду. Але, з іншого боку, дійти на іншу сторону можна за 15 хвилин, і на тій стороні, де будинок, є багато варіантів маршруток в різні частини Києва (до маршруток можна дістатися за 5-10 хвилин).
