При бронировании апартаментов на 1 сутки на Новый Год взимается залог в размере 3000 UAH. Время заселения - с 14:00, время выселения - до 12:00. Регистрация и получение ключей в офисе по адресу улица Бассейная 19, второй этаж. Внимание: Вы должны прийти на рецепцию для оформления процедуры заселения. Если у Вас раннее (до 8:00 утра) или позднее (после 01:00) заселение, то следует заранее договориться о передаче ключей. Вас встретит сотрудник Partner Guest House у парадного (вход в дом) в назначенное Вами время. Гражданам Украины, которые бронируют на одни или двое суток, следует иметь при себе два документа для регистрации (или один документ и кредитную именную карточку). При размещении на три и более дней достаточно одного документа, подтверждающего личность (паспорт или водительское удостоверение). Для оформления раннего заселения (с 8:00) или позднего выселения (18:00) уточните возможность предоставления данной услуги заранее. Раннее заселение и поздний отъезд - это дополнительная услуга, которая оплачивается в размере стоимости половины суток и может подтверждаться за 24 часа до дня заселения. Проживание с животными запрещено. Курить в апартаментах запрещено. Курить разрешено только на балконе (при наличии балкона). За сокращение периода проживания взимается штраф в размере: - стоимости 1 суток проживания, если бронирование от 1-7 ночей; - 10% стоимости проживания, если бронирование от 7 ночей. Citizens of Ukraine, which are placed for a day or two, should have two documents for the registration (or a single document and personalized credit card). When placed on three or more days, only one identity document (passport or driving license) is required. To arrange an early check-in (8:00) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service contacting the owner via the Ask owner tab. Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, they cost 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival. Pets are not allowed. No smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony (if there is a balcony). There is a fine for reduction of the period of stay in the amount of: - the cost of 1 night stay, if booking from 1-7 nights; - 10% of the cost of the stay, if the reservation is from 7 nights.
