Стоимость квартиры может меняться на выходные и праздничные дни. При заселении в квартиру берётся залог в размере стоимости 1 суток проживания. Залог возвращается при выезде, при условии, что квартире не нанесен ущерб. Заезд в 14:30, выезд в 12:00. Ключи можно получить как в квартире, так и на круглосуточном ресепшене по адресу ул. Бассейная 5а у консьержа. В квартире запрещено курить (балкон есть). Туристический сбор не входит в стоимость квартиры и оплачивается дополнительно в размере от 0.5% до 5% от МЗП. При сокращении срока проживания средства не возвращаются. Возврат возможен, только если квартира будет сдана другим гостям на даты, которые были сокращены.
