Месторасположение, инфраструктура, шумоизоляция, новый дом.
Полотенца и постельное белье старые и вонючие. Кровать скрипит, матрас старый. Фен работает пару минут, потом сам отрубается. Утюг такой же. Тапочек нету, как и геля для душа, шампуня.
