The building with an elevator is located in the center of Kyiv, near the Opera theater and Khreshchatyk street. Universytet metro station is 5 minutes walk. The apartment is part of a small aparthotel with 6 rooms. Inside - a folding double sofa, and on the mezzanine - quality mattresses for 2 sleeping places.
