Windows overlook the courtyard. The house where the apartment is located is in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine. There is Peizazhna alley, Andriivskyi descent and many churches and places that are shrouded in ancient history and romance of the city in 5 minutes walk. A 15-minute walk from Sofiivska square, Maidan Nezalezhnosti, Globus shopping center, the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk and of course Bessarabska square. You can find a large selection of cafes, bars and other establishments for different tastes on the way. The apartment is designed for 2 sleeping places.

Возможность услуги позднего выезда обусловлена доступностью квартиры на определенную дату. Рекомендуется заказывать услугу позднего выезда при предварительном бронировании квартиры. Квартира предоставляется вам исключительно для проживания, что исключает проведение каких либо шумных мероприятий, которые могут причинять беспокойство окружающим, соседям и нарушать общественный порядок, а также могут причинить ущерб имуществу в квартире. Согласно законодательству Украины в квартире запрещается: - с 21:00 до 8:00 шуметь, громко включать музыку/телевизор, проводить какие-либо работы сопряженные со стуком или другими механическими звуками; - проведение каких-либо празднований, вечеринок или других групповых шумных мероприятий. В случае нарушения данного пункта мы оставляем за собой право немедленно выселить вас без возврата денежных средств - предоплаты, оплаты за проживание, денежного залога. За сокращение периода проживания взимается штраф в размере стоимости 1 суток проживания. Иногда поселение гостей происходит через офис, который расположен по адресу: улица Прорезная 10. Стоимость трансфера из аэропорта Жуляны - 350 UAH, из аэропорта Борисполь - 650 UAH. Оплата страхового залога производится через платежную систему WayForPay.
