The floor is laminate, tile. The bathroom has a new European Electrolux 80 liter boiler (you can always take a shower with hot water). The kitchen has cutlery: spoons, knives, forks, a cutting board, a wine corkscrew, plates for first and second courses, cups, wine glasses, a frying pan, pots.
