На праздники (Новый Год, Рождество, майские праздники и другие) берется залог за сохранность имущества. Гражданам Украины, которые размещаются на сутки или двое, следует иметь при себе два документа для регистрации (или один документ и именную кредитную карту). При размещении на три и более дней достаточно одного документа, подтверждающего личность (паспорт или водительское удостоверение). Standard check-in - 14.00, check-out - at 12.00. Free early check-in/late check-out are possible if there is an availability. 100% (guaranteed) early check in/late check-out are possible if you pay 50% of the room rate (the existence of such opportunities can be confirmed for 12.00 to arrival date). For stays for 1 night there is the pledge in the amount of the cost of 1 day, which is refundable upon departure. On holidays (New year, Christmas, holidays and other) is taken as a pledge for the property. Citizens of Ukraine who are placed for a day or two, should have two documents for the registration (or one document and personal credit card).
