Clean and cozy apartment is on the 2nd floor in the very center of Kyiv. The house has an elevator, the front entrance is clean, it has a code lock. The apartment is designed for a comfortable stay of six people, sleeping places: 2+2+2. Each bedroom has a double bed with an orthopedic mattress, a dresser with a mirror, a wardrobe. There are also bedside tables in the second bedroom. The living room has a folding sofa, armchair, coffee table, cable TV, Wi-Fi. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils. In the bathroom there are: plumbing, washing machine, hair dryer, towels. Transfers and accounting documents are available. There are shopping malls, supermarkets, many cafes, restaurants, shops near the house. Within 2 minutes walk there are Khreshchatyk and Maidan Nezalezhnosti, in 10 minutes - Teatralna and Palats Sportu metro stations, Bessarabskyi market, shopping and business centers: Hlobus, Parus, Mandarin Plaza, Gulliver.

Курить в квартире запрещено! Балкона нет. При заселении в квартиру взимается залог в размере стоимости 1 суток проживания. Залог возвращается при выезде, при условии, что квартире не нанесен ущерб. Заезд - в 14:00, выезд - в 12:00. Ключи возможно получить либо в квартире, либо на стойке регистрации, которая работает круглосуточно. Стоимость проживания может быть изменена на выходные и праздничные дни. Туристический сбор не входит в стоимость квартиры и оплачивается дополнительно в размере от 0.5% до 5% от МЗП. При сокращении срока проживания средства не возвращаются. Возврат возможен, только если квартира будет сдана другим гостям на даты, которые были сокращены. Курити в квартирі заборонено! Балкона немає. При заселенні в квартиру стягується застава в розмірі вартості 1 доби проживання. Застава повертається при виїзді, за умови, що квартирі не завдано збитків. Заїзд - о 14:00, виїзд - о 12:00. Ключі можливо отримати або в квартирі, або на стійці реєстрації, яка працює цілодобово. Вартість проживання може бути змінена на вихідні і святкові дні. У разі скорочення терміну проживання кошти не повертаються. Повернення можливе, лише якщо квартира буде здана іншим гостям на дати, що були скорочені. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited! There is no balcony. Upon check-in, a deposit amounting 1 night stay cost is charged. The deposit is returned upon departure, provided that the apartment is not damaged. Check-in is at 14:00, check-out is at 12:00. Keys can be obtained either in the apartment or at the front desk, which works around the clock. The cost of living can be changed for weekends and holidays. If the period of stay is shortened, the funds will not be refunded. Refunds are possible only if the apartment is rented out to other guests on dates that have been reduced.
