Для поселения необходимо иметь при себе паспорт. За изменение периода проживания в сторону уменьшения взимается штраф в размере стоимости одних суток проживания. Также, если у Вас были скидки и акции на весь период бронирования, с уменьшением срока пребывания они аннулируются. Раннее поселение и поздний выезд - это дополнительные услуги, которые обсуждаются индивидуально не менее, чем за 24 часа до дня заезда или выезда и оплачиваются в размере половины стоимости суточного проживания. Запрещено: курить в квартире, проводить дни рождения и другие мероприятия, проживать с животными. При заселении взимается залоговая сумма, равная стоимости одних суток проживания. Час поселення - з 13:00, час виїзду - до 12:00. Реєстрація, отримання та повернення ключів відбувається у квартирі. Для поселення необхідно мати при собі паспорт. За зміну періоду проживання у сторону зменшення стягується штраф у розмірі вартості однієї доби проживання. Також, якщо у Вас були знижки та акції на весь період бронювання, зі зменшенням строку перебування вони анулюються. Раннє поселення та пізній виїзд - це додаткові послуги, що обговорюються індивідуально не менше ніж за 24 години до дня заїзду або виїзду і оплачуються в розмірі половини вартості доби проживання. Заборонено: палити у квартирі, проводити дні народження та інші заходи, проживати з тваринами. При заселенні стягується застава в сумі вартості однієї доби проживання.
