Также, если у Вас были скидки и акции на весь период бронирования, с уменьшением срока пребывания они аннулируются. Раннее поселение и поздний выезд - это дополнительные услуги, которые обсуждаются индивидуально не менее, чем за 24 часа до дня заезда или выезда и оплачиваются в размере половины стоимости суточного проживания. Запрещено: курить в квартире, проводить дни рождения и другие мероприятия, проживать с животными. При заселении взимается залоговая сумма, равная стоимости одних суток проживания.
